PROPERTY LAW – REAL ESTATES

Our office has more than 10 years’ experience in the field of legal transactions regarding real properties (exchange or sales contract, contract of gift, mixed contracts, lease agreements, sales contract on farmlands, procedure for cancellation of encumbrances, establishment of beneficial interest, amendment of contracts, transformation of plots of land, etc.)  Beyond drawing up of necessary documents our activities include complete consultation and also administrative procedures at Land Registry. Our Office is taking over preliminary and subsequent review and assessment of contracts concluded elsewhere.

CONDOMINIUMS
Please do not hesitate to contact our Office in connection with drawing up and constructing documents regarding foundation of condominiums, with administering the processes and to provide advice and assistance regarding foundation and amendment of deeds of foundation of condominiums, and with preparation of regulation for organisation and operation (in Hungarian: SzMSz). As to consultation and management and administration covering other matters and issues of condominiums (e.g. debts of co-owners, collection of debts, claiming payment of common costs, way of dismissal of common representative, etc.) we will be pleased to be at your disposal.
CORPORATE AND BUSINESS LAW, CIVIL SOCIETY ORGANISATIONS (NGOs)
Our Office has been involved for many years in issues regarding establishment, amendment (change of member, seat,  change of managing director, capital increase, transformation, etc.) of business associations (limited partnership, private limited-liability company or limited company, etc.) and of civil society organisations, associations) and has been active in solution of problems arising in the course of their operations. In case you decide to terminate activities, we are prepared to draw up necessary documents and fully-fledged administration in the course of dissolution without succession/liquidation/bankruptcy proceedings (in case of civil organisations in the course of termination and cancellation of its registration).
FAMILY LAW
Along with providing advice and consultation we are ready to draw up marriage and partnership contracts under property regime and in case of termination of marriage (divorce) we formulate documents of common agreement. In case of court proceedings we take over legal representation in the process. Our office – acting for its clients – cares for matters in connection with child support claims and settlement of claims regarding parental custody rights and issues regarding maintenance of relations with any of the parents.
CLAIMS MANAGEMENT
On basis of your engagement, power of attorney in connection with payment of your claim/receivables from amounts payable to you we are prepared to assist you in the proceedings for orders for payment (FMH), liquidation proceedings, respectively with completely managing and administering these procedures including calls for payment and – if necessary – depending on circumstances of claim – launching of FMH or of liquidation proceedings. We are ready to assume legal representation if proceedings turned into court proceedings until final judgement.
